Conditions governing use of the Distributed Io website and enrolment in technical analysis training.
Acceptance
By accessing https://distributed-io.digital or enrolling in mentoring, workshops, clinics, or intensives with Distributed Io, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book training.
About us

Educational nature
All lessons are instructional. Nothing on this site or in a session constitutes personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or portfolio management. You remain solely responsible for trading decisions and risk.
Bookings and fees
Fees for lessons are confirmed in writing before a place is held. Website rate tables are informational only and do not create a binding offer until we confirm. Deposits and balances follow the schedule stated in your booking email and the refund policy.
Intellectual property
Course worksheets, annotated examples, website copy, and branding remain the property of Distributed Io. You may keep materials provided for your personal study. You may not republish, resell, or teach from our materials as your own curriculum without written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service, or submit abusive content via forms). We may refuse or cancel training where conduct disrupts other participants.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Distributed Io is not liable for trading losses, indirect loss, or decisions you make after training. Our aggregate liability arising from a booked lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and Australia. Courts in Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
