Information we collect

• Enquiry forms: name, email, selected lesson type, optional experience note, and message content.
• Bookings: contact details, payment references (processed by your bank or invoice method — we do not store full card numbers on this site), and session notes relevant to teaching.
• Technical: essential cookies and, if accepted, analytics cookies as described in our cookies policy.

We do not ask for brokerage passwords, account balances, or government identity numbers through the website form.

Purpose of use

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, schedule lessons, deliver technical analysis training, send booking-related messages, improve the site when analytics are consented, and meet legal record-keeping duties.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept up to twenty-four months unless a longer client relationship continues. Booking and invoice records are retained for seven years where required for Australian tax and consumer purposes. Session teaching notes are kept while useful for ongoing mentoring, then securely deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Video lessons and email providers may process data on servers outside Australia. Where that occurs, we use providers with appropriate safeguards and contractual protections. By booking remote sessions you acknowledge that transmission may cross borders.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who host email, scheduling, or accounting functions, or when required by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No online transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending sensitive trading credentials by email.

Children

Training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
